Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and their international delivery partners, or through our trusted print and fulfilment partners where applicable.
Non Mail Club Items
Some products may be made to order and fulfilled by our print partner. These items may be produced specifically for you once your order is placed, so please allow a couple of extra business days.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing and fulfilment before dispatch. All items are carefully prepared before shipping.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Australia: ~3-7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on postal services, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Pre-Orders & Combined Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item along with in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is completed and ready for dispatch.
Tracking
All mail club subscriptions are sent via untracked regular post.
If you ordered a different product and were charged a shipping fee, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Australia Post shipping rates.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Delays & Postal Services
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
