By subscribing to the Outpost Correspondence mail club, you agree to recurring billing at the selected interval unless cancelled before your next renewal date.

Subscription renewals are processed automatically on the same date of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.

If a renewal payment has already been processed, that payment is non-refundable, as production and dispatch preparation may already be underway.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund past payments.

Subscription contents, themes, formats, and delivery timing may vary from month to month.

Section 6 — Shipping, Delivery & Postal Services

Once orders are handed to postal carriers, delivery times are outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail once dispatched, however we will always do our best to assist where possible.
